In 2007, Governor Deval Patrick proposed making Poker illegal in the Massachusetts gaming legislation. The Poker Players Alliance hired Corry Associates to defeat this effort. We were successful in defeating this proposal. Poker, a game of skill, continues to be legal in Massachusetts due to the strong representation by Corry Associates.
